The ELECTRONIC ENGINE IONIZER FUEL SAVER Improves Combustion Efficiency of a Gasoline Engine

Installation

Installation
1. Attach a “Capacitor Block” to each spark plug ignition wire with arrows pointing toward the spark plug. For ease of installation, make sure that the device is warm (Over 100 degrees F). A hair dryer, hot water, the car defroster or a low oven (100-125F) are possible choices. Each block will be flexible and clip on the wires more easily. 8 and 10 cylinder-see additional instructions in box.
2. The order of installation is not important. Just be sure to finish with at least 1 block on each plug wire.
3. After installation, wrap each block with a nylon zip tie provided with your Ionizer.
4. Start motor. Let idle for a few minutes. Turn off engine, retighten zip ties. Detach one battery cable.
5. Wait 1 minute. Reattach terminal. This resets the computer.
6. Final check:
• All arrows pointing toward spark plugs
• No blocks, connecting wires, or spark plug wires touching metal. This is critical. If this is a problem, use wire loom (sold here or available at all auto parts stores) to prevent anything touching metal.
• No plug wires touching each other.

FOR TOP RESULTS WITH YOUR IONIZER:

1. The ignition system should be in good condition. All settings should be to factory specs. This is essential for maximum benefit. Do not use booster gap plugs.

2. After approximately 2,500 miles, on used vehicles, power-time 4 degrees or 5 degrees above factory specs, OR burn a lower octane fuel.

3. During the first 2,500 miles, the idle speed may have to be reduced a time or two if it is adjustable on your vehicle, to prevent dieseling. This increased RPM is an indication the IONIZER is working. Not all vehicles can use a low octane fuel but most high performance vehicles can. If your vehicle is computerized, it will adjust the motor performance to take advantage of the Electronic Engine Ionizer's benefits. This includes automatically adjusting the idle speed. Many vehicles idle much more smoothly with the Ionzier installed and "run in" for about 1,000 miles.

4. Once again, be sure that the spark plug wires are not touching any metal on the engine.

FURTHER HINTS FOR IMPROVED PERFORMANCE:

5. Replace ignition wires, if faulty. This is a frequent problem. Carbon ignition wires often do not last more than 15,000 miles.

6. Replace gasoline filter, if you have not done this within 10,000 miles. It is inexpensive.

7. Clean battery posts and connections.
